Likewise, Christmas in the Trenches for John McCutcheon. Just for the sake of information, my wife has opened for both of them in concert.

My wife's name is Debbie Diedrich and on her cd "Ninety Miles Out" she performs a song entitled "Auf Wiedersehen/Hamburg" that is based on a true story and is every bit as moving as the great songs you've mentioned.

The cd is very hard to find now. Its title is Ninety Miles Out. If you ever run across it, I think you'd enjoy it.

If you'd like a copy, go to my blog profile, click on my email address, send me an email and your address, and I'll mail you a copy free of charge.

I won't be back home where the CD is until September, so it'll be a while before I honor your request, should you make it.raymond perthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04924633611890299829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7629413949146506359.post-76224702251354659222007-08-12T13:32:00.000+03:002007-08-12T13:32:00.000+03:00Oh yes, that's another one.
