More pictures from last week's spectacular sunset for this Skywatch Friday. Doesn't it remind you of a Tequila Sunrise Sunset?
.
None of these images have been photoshopped - they didn't need it, nature did a more than adequate job by itself. The only processing done was the addition of the black frame.
.
It's good that beauty can still be found even in such difficult times.

The colour is absolutely gorgeous, Robun!
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are so beautiful. How are you "holding up"? I think about you all the time and wish that there was something that I could do to make things better.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that sky. It looks peaceful...I hope it is.
ReplyDeleteDon't make me think about tequila!
It looks lovely and peaceful even if your part of the world is not peaceful..stay safe...Michelle..
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my Country Down Under blog. Grace, from Sandier Pastures told me about you some time ago because I have been to Israel and blogged something about that trip. Your photos are lovely and bring back fond memories of my visits there. Looking forward to more photos from you. :)
ReplyDeleteAh, the title suits this just perfectly!!!! =)
ReplyDeleteA wonderful Sky Watch!

ReplyDeleteWonderful photos. Happy Sky Watch.
ReplyDeleteYep, nature has better colors than Photoshop;)
ReplyDeleteI used to love it as a drink and I really love now as a sky ! What beautiful colors !
ReplyDeleteLove the intense pinks and peaches of your sky there! Lovely, lovely photograph!
ReplyDeleteHappy SWF!
I've thought of you often since this insanity began. Please know you're not alone: communities all across North America have been rallying in support of Israel's campaign to end the rocket attacks.
ReplyDeleteFunny how the world screams about terrorism, vows to end it, then vilifies Israel for doing just that. I guess eight years of constant rocket attacks by people devoted exclusively to wiping you off the face of the planet will eventually prompt some kind of response.
Too bad the bleeding hearts whining about Israel's supposed "aggression" don't get to spend some time living under the rain of Kassams. Might be enlightening for them.
These are wonderful skies! You know I appreciate photos that are authentic and NOT photoshoped.Too much of that goes on.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteI read your 'code of behavior for blogging a war', I don't know the answer either, it's so difficult. The beauty of a sunset must be kind of surreal for you now. Stay safe !
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful Robin.
ReplyDeleteStay safe, you're in my thoughts and prayers, I hope this madness ends soon!
These are beautiful. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a beautiful sunset. One of the things I most love about summer are the beautiful sunsets. These photos are really gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThat is stunning. Stay safe, I think of you every time I watch the news.
