    Nice choice for sepia! The tone and contrast work really well on this subject.

  4. That garlic looks fresh, and will enhance any type of cuisine, not just Mediterranean. The garlic we see is a bit um 'aged', and works okay. But the fresh, just looking at these bulbs I can almost smell the freshness of slices and cloves sautéing in olive oil...
