Quilly, I do use my zoom lens...Thanks everyone :).<br /><br />Quilly, I do use my zoom lens for most of my macros but it doesn't begin to get close enough for the kinds of shots I'd like to be taking. In fact, I've often been known to put the closeup filters on the zoom lens to try and get closer but you lose a lot more that way. (This shot had the filters on my regular kit lens.)
