I was thinking to myself how kitties look alike all around the world then I looked at your picture and back at the kitty and I could swear that kitty cat looks like you :) Happy WW
That may be the most complete picture statement about life that I have ever seen. The picture talks to me. Beauty and composition on the one hand, and the stark reality of survival on the other. A simple street cat trying to stay alive, beyond dignity, says it all.
Wow, his paws look HUGE compared to the rest of him. Great photo! I'm here via WW, and I'm late making the rounds. Mine is here if you get a chance to look around over the weekend :)
He does not look happy to have a camera pointed at him. Looks hungry too. I'm not really a cat person, but I hate to see one go hungry.
ReplyDeleteNeeds food and love.
ReplyDeleteWonderful capture. The cat and the wall compliment each other beautifully.
Poor little kit ... lovely shot
ReplyDeleteLook at the size of those paws! I doubt the other cats mess with that one...
ReplyDeleteThat is one expressive cat. I LOVE the colors in this photo.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful picture. And that cat has a set of ears!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
Beautiful cat and photo - and of course we're quite fond of cat pictures :). The wall and cat seem to match perfectly.

ReplyDeleteAhhhh! Cute kitty paws! I love that cat! Even if he's not quite the best chameleon. I can see him against that not-quite-orange-wall.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!

Beautiful coloring on that cat, but I wish I could give him some food!

Aww looking at those paws it's still a young un, but a young un with lots of cattitude!
ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous picture of your cute cat!
ReplyDeleteLove the colours.
Happy WW
Nice cat for living on the street and a great pose. Looks a lot better than some of the characters we have wandering the streets of Reno.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful colours! I can see this as a painting. :-)
ReplyDeleteHis back paws make me think of a rabbit. His eyes seem to be looking back to a different world.
ReplyDeleteI am glad his attempts at camouflage did not fool you. This is extraordinary.
I like these tabby cats, as I call them. He looks well and colors are vivid. Happy WW
ReplyDeleteThose back paws are monstrous! Happy W/W!
ReplyDeleteAwww. Poor guy. Make me want to take him home.
ReplyDeleteAwww...what a sweet, but sad kitty.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful cat. I hope he finds a home.
ReplyDeletePoor sad kitty. Those eyes are so beautiful and green, but they look so sad too. That is a big kitty, kitty too. Big ears and big paws.

ReplyDeleteBTW, I do have a cat and a dog that live with me.

ReplyDeleteThere is something about the look on his face, you really captured a moment with this little kitty. Robin this is a really good shot!
ReplyDeleteLooks a little like one of ours, except of course our kitty is about 10 times as big.
