Ahhh, spring

.
It's not quite hot yet but getting there, and not a moment to soon if you ask me.

We attended a birthday party at a nearby splash park the other day. It wasn't actually that hot out, but that didn't stop the kids from jumping right in.

Visit Ruby Tuesday for more reds from around the world.

  5. A childhood past time captured beautifully! The sweet face says it all.
It was 82 yesterday and I thought hot, today rain, tomorrow 52. Mother Nature sure is fickle.

    Have a wonderful week ahead!

  10. What fun!
A splash park, that's what they are called? Cool. We only had those when the fire hydrants were leaking.

  12. Splash park, that is a new term to me. I like it and the children are having one big birthday ball.
Definitely a good idea, if one lives near by ....a splash park.

  13. Now that looks like a lot of fun!
I know what you mean about "not a moment too soon", it's been a long, long winter.
Seeing this gives me a longing for warmer days.

  14. When last I was in Boston it was an overcast unseasonably chilly day in June .. and yet my friend's daughter and her friend played in the fountain getting soaking wet and no one cared but me .. I kept think 'they'll get sick' I am such a kvetch.

  15. Looks like fun. It's definitely not hot enough for that here yet - though we did have a mini-heatwave for about a week.

Thanks for the comments of support for my show last weekend. It went well.
