With their red tops, these Middle Eastern style pickled vegetables for sale at the Hatikva Market were just crying out to be featured for Ruby Tuesday, don't you think?

    The beets look especially bright and sassy!

    Robin, I keep thinking, "if I only visit Israel, maybe then the subject matter that Robin finds will jump in front of me, too" but then I realize a) you have the eye and b) you have the techniques!
