Flooding, crappy weather, and 11.5-month-long winters aside, I could get used to living here...

These last few I thought of saving for Wordless Wednesday, but I was too impatient. Hope you like them as much as I did.

I'm very glad you were impatient. These are fabulous. I was just about to turn in and saw something pop up in my reader. Two posts in the same night? And it's quite a bit later on your coast! I'm not complaining. Anyhow, my favorite is the b&w of the train tracks. That'd be a great shot for some portraits of the kids. Thanks for sharing so many.
I fell asleep on the couch and woke up at 1am, much too wide awake. It's now 2:40am and I'm about to try again to get back to sleep.
I love that train one too. I'm going to try and get a shot of the kids there some other day.
I really like the last two shots! Great catching up on your holiday news!
Those are beautiful Robin.
Amazing pictures - it IS a beautiful place! Glad you all came through the storms okay.
A very good photographer I must say...although the subject matter is excellent too. That's beautiful country. I understand about the interminable winter though. I spent four years of my life in Gunnison, Colorado. The summers were wonderful...but so short.
Absolutely beautiful photos! Kudos to you. Can't wait to see more. Glad the rains have subsided.
Gorgeous photos! Glad it stopped raining long enough for you to get them!
Beautiful! Hope you have a little sunshine in your forecast now.
I for one am glad you were too impatient. They are such great photos.
I couldn't handle MA almost year long winters long term. At all. At least the sun always seems to be shining. :) 3 cold winters there was enough for me. :)
wonderful! thanks for sharing these great shots (you should join best shot monday this week!)....
Your pictures get more and more interesting. Just loved these.
i love the black and white of the railroad tracks!
