Click to enlargeThis scene struck me enough that I had to photograph it - two people, with lawn chairs and their morning coffee, sitting above the water and looking out intently - at fog so thick that both water and sky were utterly invisible. I haven't the faintest idea what held them so spellbound, I couldn't see anything at all, just an overwhelming whiteness so thick you could practically hold it in your hand.

Probably, but they would have had quite a long wait that morning, and coffee long since ice cold.
Maybe it was the coffee! Great candid shot...I would have stopped to take the photo too.

Hi, Robin. This is a really fun shot. It reminds me of some unfortunate commercials in the U.S. for a pharmaceutical product. The elderly but apparently romantic couple is situated in two separate bathtubs with their backs to the TV audience. I always wonder "what happens next?" How on earth do those arthritic old people clamber out of those deep tubs and into the presumed embrace that the commercial indicates might be coming soon???

Now I dont feel so bad ... my sky shot, which is a cheat since its really a shadow/reflection shot, has the same color sky ... love this shot!

Perhaps they were meditating? Or having a serious discussion. The chairs certainly brighten the landscape.
