I'm still swamped with work and life (and Maya's 7th(!) birthday party starts in just an hour and a half, so this one's going to do double duty for both Ruby Tuesday and Sepia Scenes.

Back when I can...

PS Cold is better, down to a dull cough by now. Thanks for all the get well wishes.

That clipper ship is cool. I like the extremely light sepia tone you've used. It gives the photo a lot of "atmosphere."

Happy Ruby Tuesday, Robin. Glad you are feeling better.

Great shot! I love ships on photos and in real life.
Hope the party is not too nerve-racking. Happy birthday to Maya.

Lovely .. and happy birthday to Ms Maya!

The style of a fast Clipper ship is not replicated today. It has a sleek style that could slice through waves better and faster that anything else in its day. Although this one has an engine and radar for moving through the water no doubt. But the style endures and it is beautiful!

Happy Birthday Maya!
The ship is a beauty with her tall stately sails, I imagine she's be quite a ride in a boisterous wind. Happy WW

It definitely does qualify for both. The red colors stand out well against the sepia tones.
