Tiny Windows

Actually, I'm not even sure the little holes on this old stone building
across the peninsula from Howth (yes, Howth again, what can I say, it was incredibly photogenic) can be called windows, they're more like little air vents, but I figured they'd work in a pinch.
.
And if this isn't enough for you, I'm also over
here today, and was interviewed here a good while back but completely forgot to post the link. It's all Robin all the time around here folks. You never know quite how or where I'm going to pop up, and of course if there's any doubt you can always find me over at the shop.
.
PS We're halfway to the weekend already - have you thought about your Summer Stock shots for this week yet?

Air vents, windows... I don't think anybody's gonna challenge you. Not when you have a shot like this.

Hmm... summer stock... thanks for the reminder!

Yes I think it's a vent. In my home country Philippines we have like that too. Great shot!

Another of your specially photo-editing pix. I love it! Went over to you "no Bathing" photo - Love it! I need a lesson from you how to do that. :)

The little windows are nice, but look at that green grass. Wouldn't that be nice to have now?

I enjoyed your interview a lot.

Actually Mary, the No Bathing photograph is pretty much straight out of the camera - it's the building itself that had all that great grittiness to it.

A lot of what I've done with textures has been self-taught through trial and error, but I'd be happy to pass along some of the very helpful links that got me started if you're interested :).

Yup vents- guess you need vents when you keep the cows in the house for warmth...
I love how you have the sky looking here- the way it changes at the edges and the sort of 'aged?' effect. I don't know how to describe it, but it adds a lot to the photo I think.

I love the photo as I am very fond of barns. Vents? Sure, but I think they work well in this meme.

Reminds me of a bread or fruit bag with holes for ventilation.
