I can't believe an entire month has passed and it's time to pack up and go home already. We had a fabulous time here in New England. The weather was great, the company even better, though there are still so many things left undone. I got completely overwhelmed with visiting family and trips away this year (the second I walked in the door from Maine Jay announced that he'd finagled a night away for us and had booked us into a really nice B&B in the White Mountains for the next night - we just got back in time for dinner tonight and suddenly it's time to pack and go home. I'm also particularly sorry I couldn't manage to meet up with Maribeth this year, which is really unexcusable on my part (and totally unintentional) since she lives literally down the road from my parents, I'd hoped to do it this week but found myself in the mountains instead. MB, I totally owe you lunch next year! Honestly, I have no idea where the time went. I had this whole month in front of me and then poof, it disappeared!
Once I get home I should finally have time for some serious photoediting and blogging - and more importantly for getting around to all of your blogs and catching up with your lives as well.
For now though, it's off to pack. Sigh...
