Not sure I'd want to rely on anything marked like this in a real emergency...

And if you'd like more of me I'm guest blogging today too. Pop over to Style Key West for a discussion on using photography to add color (red and otherwise) to your home.

Something about old peeling paint that attracts an artist.
I liked looking at your photos on the guest post. What a great range of ideas you have.
Good job to the one who made it.
Wonderful capture .. is that the extinguisher thats peeling?
Nice photo, and very clever.
A great variation of reds. Not sure sure about the efficiency of the fire extinguisher though. Who cares? the Pic is swell like the rest of your works. I do admire the variation in motive choices.
Very artsy Robin!
This pic is just great, I love the whole notion of it!!!!!!
Wonderful capture.
It might not be great in a fire, but it does make a great picture!
I've changed the address on my blog, and it seems to have deleted all comments, on all posts!
Would you let me know if there's a difficulty commenting, please?
At least I still have my feed thing and my followers!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. "Rusty junk always makes for interesting photographs." (Yea, I did say that... just ask my friend Jenny.)
I love the gritty reality of this one, as well as the variety of subjects you posted on the guest spot you did. Great stuff all the way around!
Wonderful subject, great shot, Robin! Happy Ruby Tuesday! :)
Very unusual and good choice!
Nice RT entry. Great capture.
Happy Ruby Tuesday!
Pretty red Kitchen Aid, I couldn't cook without mine.
I like it as art
it would worry me if there was a fire
Great shot...rust and peeling paint make fascinating art, and the Hebrew sure adds to the flavor! Happy Ruby Tuesday. :))
Very interesting photo! Unusual...
Such a unique photo share...and I love using reds and BLACKS in home decor. Have fun blog guest hosting!
My R T is "lady in red"...a portrait of my daughter. Come by and view her if you can find time, I'd love your visit!!
it looks as thouh it's been awhile since the sign was red ... but great shot.
My Ruby Redness
simple and yet captivating.
Great shot. Really does make you wonder... I'm sure there's a story there... real or fictional.
Can't help but love this. The old peeling paint and faded sign really calls to me.
The old peeling paint and the tattered sign. I also would not trust any of this in an emergency!
Hope you never have to. Interesting shot, Robin.
Happy belated Ruby Tuesday ~
Think I forgot a verb in my comment. My brain gets tired after working. Yikes.
And I doth call myself a wordsmith. I need to reconsider that.
I really like this photo - it looks like something I would do. But I also like your title :)
