Peace to you, Robin! I'll be posting my globe this evening when I get home from work. You're my very first Blog Blast post for 2009.

No matter how futile an appeal for peace may seem, it needs to be made. Always.

Peace to you and yours, Robin.
Don't give up hope, look at Northern Ireland, we're not there yet, but it's a long road. And I agree with you, we all have to be active in our quest for peace. Wherever in the world we live, it begins in our hearts and our homes.
I'll post the Peace Globe at mine tonight.

Is it Thursday there already?? I didn't think you were that far ahead of us... Ah well. Can't ever have too much peace globe, right? So early or not Yom BlogBlast Sameach. Or something like that I'm sure. (I hope?)

Mine will be up on schedule, Midnight EST. Even if I have to run with what I have now. It'll pass, but I'd sure love to have an editor look it over before Zero Hour. (hint, hint)

I cheated and put mine up early - I figured the sentiment could use a little extra exposure ;).

That's a wonderful quote! Unless we are open to dialogue and understanding, Peace will elude us.

Shalom!

Great peace quote, Robin! Let's hope that we're not further away from peace than last year - I don't want to believe that! Our peace globes may convince the powers that be that peace is our only chance! :)

(By the way, if that banner photo is your kitchen, I'd like to move in with you, please.)
