What do you see through the rainbow? Tall ships? A cityscape? Africa? Something else entirely?
This image is actually the rainbow-colored reflection on the wall of a glass sculpture entitled Memorial Meeting by the groundbreaking Czech glass artist Vladimir Kopecky and is part of Freedom to Create: Beyond the Glass Curtain, an incredible exhibition featuring the work of 15 of the Czech Republic's best-known glass artists on display right now at Tel Aviv's Litvak Gallery. I was lucky enough to be able to spend the morning wandering the exhibit, camera in hand. This reflection is just a teaser - over the coming days I'll be featuring images from this stunning exhibition so be sure to check back often.

I see a sailboat regatta, arriving in the harbor with the cityscape shadows falling through the sails. It is stunning! Art created by another is open to interpretation by the viewer, and that is what I see - at this particular time...glass is a neat medium, no matter how straight and true the panes may be, the light filters pleasingly through it and the tiniest distortion adds a great character...
creative photo of boats with colorful vertical sails.
I see tall ships, indeed! beautiful reflection in a glass. very cool.

This is an exhibit I'd love to see....glass is perhaps my favorite artistic medium because of the amazing colors and how it holds and reflects light, as you have so beautifully shown here. I have been privileged to see the Chihooly works at the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington...what beauty!
I see that I'll be happy to come back for your next posts.
Magical! I see yachts, sails furled, coming in to shore at sunset! The exhibit sounds like a wonderful experience!
I see art there :-)
How creative!

Creative and arty.
VERY ARTISTIC!
I see mountain and sea. Love this kind of art when I can interpret it on my own. ^_^

A LOVER OF SCARLET
A lover of scarlet just may,
When given the floor, have her say
About the bright shade
That lights up the glade
Like fire on a hot summer’s day!

Gorgeous capture. I see a hand reaching for what it cannot grasp.
