This is the museum that houses the old time kitchen I shared in last week's Sepia Scenes. Fitting, isn't it? I had to leave the windows in color though, they had the most spectacular reflections, it would have been criminal not to share them with you all.

I like the museum itself and that you left the window reflections in color, but I still really liked that that kitchen...there was just such a mood with it. almost like it stirred a distant memory.
Very nice Robin! I love that you left the windows color.
Really nice shot and your kitchen photo above is gorgeous.
Cool. I'm also glad you left the reflection in color.
This is a serious log style wood frame museum. I just checked on its kitchen, and this looks so much like a frontier home, something that hasn't changed in over a century. the sepia seems to age this building so correctly...a period piece extraordinaire!
Very cool, the greenish blue windows with the old-fashioned look. I think aliens have invaded the old log museum, and we should play creepy music as we view. Or maybe it's two tv screens with views of the trees? A fun photo.
Oh..how did you do that? That is so cool...Michelle
LOVE the windows. :)
Very cool Robin!
The reflections would have gotten lost in the sepia.
I loved the old kitchen but the house itself doesn't fit my imagination of what I thought it should look like. :)
Really beautiful!! And the windows look really pretty in Green
Nice touch leaving the "eyes" green. The shake roof almost looks like thatch or sod at this resolution, but embiggened I can see it's just where pine(?) needles have fallen on it.
Cool shot, definitely needs to be viewed full size!
A very nice shot. Keeping the windows in color was indeed a great idea.
I love that you left them in color, it made the whole picture!!!
Oh Robin, that was clever! The colorful reflection in the window! Good job! :)
well aren't you fancy?! you've become quite the photographer!
Very cool ... and you're right it would have been wrong to sepia the windows .. its magical this way
Definitely fitting for sepia, and thanks for saving the color of the reflections in the windows.
Those windows are amazing. That structure reminds me of rural Alabama a little bit.
I love the stove in the old time kitchen. Another Great Photo, Robin. You inspire me!
Very clever Robin!! Playing with half sepia is fun, isn't it? You've done very well on this one!
Definitely fitting the kitchen :P
Great shot, I love how the lace looks in the bottom windows. Those reflections are beautiful. Although, the color windows make the house look a little horror house ish with bright green eyes! Maybe that's just me?
Love the green windows. I find the steps BETWEEN the two doors really interesting.
the windows are amazing, the house is sweet
great photo
The windows really pop out with the sepia. I loved that kitchen.
Sepia is perfect for this log-cabin style museum. I like how you kept the windows in color. Cool reflections.
You have a really nice kitchen. It looks brand new ~
Thanks Patti, we redid it completely three years ago - it was utterly ghastly before.
