WW - And the seasons, they go round and round

.
(Sorry, I can't seem to escape the musical metaphors this month. It must be something in the water here.)
.
Time is flying by much too quickly. Fall can't possibly be approaching yet, but there's the irrefutable proof, right there on the tree. (Thank heavens I'll soon be escaping back to Israel to several more months of summer temperatures).

Lovely pink leaves, almost like flowers. Maybe even better.

I like fall.

It is incredible, isn't it!

Bougainvilleas? Pretty flowers :)

No, not bougainvilleas - the leaves are already turning red for fall! I couldn't believe it.

I am so happy Autumn is here already! Today we saw our first "pile" of Autumn leaves while out and about. Our soon to be 3yr old was so excited!

Happy WW!

Autumn is certainly approaching and none to quickly for me.

I notice you mention going back to Israel. I was fortunate to visit there four years ago. Loved it but boy was it hot at the top of Masada in August!

I'm seeing those signs here, too.

Wonderful colors, Robin! Color, nature, music--they go together.

It is still AUGUST! I refuse to acknowledge leaves in any color other than GREEN. I am NOT done with summer yet! This is NOT real! It is NOT happening! I haven't even been for a picnic yet. Crap. Maybe it's just special tourist foliage promoted early so people can see it before the kids have to go back to school after Labor Day. Yes! That's what I'll believe.

Gaaaaa! Foliage in August! Phoo!

I'm doing a bit of skimming here. Trying to catch up on all I've missed. I loved your "hike" pictures. Can't wait to hear how the kids loved their Disney trip. We are waiting until Lily turns 5 for her first visit. I can't see paying $75 for a nap at this age. Oh, how was the concert?

So far the kids are loving Disney. (Almost) 5 and 7.5 are great ages to go - the two little ones (Maya and my niece) still believe in the magic, and while Itai is old enough to realize that the characters are just actors in costume he still gets enchanted by the whole thing.

Keep your fingers crossed for tomorrow - they're supposed to go on a big pirate cruise but it's supposed to storm all afternoon. They'll be really disappointed if it gets cancelled.

Concert was a lot of fun. He puts on a great show.

I've seen a few color sprays myself...like little treasures found. Amazing, isn't it...that summer's already on the way out. It seemed to go fast this year. Glad you liked my colorful doors...thanks for stopping by!

gorgeous! Almost the same colour as my vodka and cranberry I am cradling.

Almost spring here.
