Congratulations Micki! The 18x25cm print of your choice will soon be yours. Please e-mail me with your photo selection and mailing address and I'll get it on its way.

I hope you've all had as much fun with this as I have. I discovered so many wonderful bloggers and incredibly talented artists through OWOH and now that the giveaway is over I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone in earnest.

And with that, it's time for regular blogging to restart, so pull up a comfy chair everyone, kick your shoes off, help yourselves to a cup of coffee or tea and a snack - there's always room for one more Around the Island.

Bonjour de la Côte d' Azur,
merci pour ta visite, je n'ai pas pu venir te voir avant car je n'étais pas disponible ce weekend.
Ton français est très bon, certainement meilleur que mon anglais.
Bon anniversaire à ton fils

Congratulations to Micki!

I didn't have time to participate this year, hectic work schedule at the mo, but maybe next time.

Glad you enjoyed it, Robin.

You know, you may have just come up with something very interesting. (But, then again, it may only be my ignorance.) I have now exchanged a couple of pieces of my art, prints of sunflowers, for a couple of photographs. As few of us can visit all the bloggers we "meet" with through our blogs, the idea of being able to exchange the art we create for art from around the world seems like a great idea. It is just a thought.

I am thrilled to win the lovely print. It means the world to me, and I will put it in a very special place in our cottage. Wonderful meeting you, and again thanks so much for a lovely prize!

Congrats to Micki! She'll probably be inspired by your print to make a quilt or embroidery, or something amazing!
