Playin', Playin' In the Band

(I am still kicking myself for not getting the names of all the wonderful artisans at the crafts fair so I can give them proper credit - next time I go for sure!)

These little dudes are so ALIVE! They're threatening to dance right off the page and on to my desk.

Cute! Much better than the commercial they remind me of...

Looks like New Orleans. I can hear the music. Will be looking for the artist's name(s). Thanks for sharing.

Very whimsical so full of motion you can almost hear the tunes.

I like that. There is a creative artist behind it and you got the lighting just right in your photo.

Sure you didn't take that in New Orleans? I can hear the music now.

This is a wonderful shot! Put it up in your Etsy shopand it'll sell, I'm sure! Yes I do forget to get names at fairs and cemeteries... Ha! :)

I love the way they've each got a foot cocked in the air--except for the bass player, who has a bigger instrument to manage. I have a diabolical cat that I bought at a festival, and it makes me smile every time I look at it, after thirty years. I hope you get that much enjoyment out of your little band.

My aunt and uncle would love these! They have a few musician figures in their music room.

Cute band figures.

It reminds me a lot of the menorah we use and wrote about last year.

Robin - drop by my place tomorrow - I'll have a bigger version of the driftwood photo posted, as I'm featuring my uncle's art work for my Thursday Thirteen.

They're gorgeous!
I too wish that you'd got the name of the crafts-person- those would make a lovely present for any musician.
