I thought you'd like this one ;-). So do you forgive me for wearing flip-flops now that you've seen them?

I just got a new pair of Crocs. Hmmm, I wonder... Nice groupa black pictures.

They look like a favorite pair!

Shoes are fantastic! I love the angle on the top left! They look like images from catalogs!

They do look comfy enough to wear with a little black dress and look fantastic.

Great black subject.

They are comfy, and I do in fact wear them with my little black dress :).

I love how you arranged all these images. It seems as though each one was purposely chosen to be in its particular place. I also like the varying shades of black and white from image to image. Great idea.

I did choose the specific layout. I had to go into PowerPoint to do it, which unfortunately meant that by the time I noticed that several shots were crooked it was too much of a pain to fix! Oh well, I never claimed to be a perfectionist LOL.

Those look dressy enough to wear to work!

Do you use Flickr?

Fabulous! I'm getting my creative brain on for the next shot!

I love your collage - I agree with what Robert said about the positioning. It has a nice flow. I think the center and top left are my two favorite angles.

At first I was going to say "I think you need a few more pairs of black sandals" but then I realized this is a collage of portraits featuring one pair of shoes. Nice work. I bet they feel very popular. :)

Great composition. There's that tiny bit of pale orange on the top right that works, too.

Love the idea of nine small photos in a group. Helps when you can't make up your mind which photo to pick.

Very clever and well presented!

I really appreciate the work it takes to put together a good collage. This is a great collage

as Robert and Raven said - the flow of shots and angles is perfect.

Love the way you captured black in these shots. They look like an ad campaign. Good choice.

I simply love your sandals and the layout, it's perfect for the theme!!

Paint it black! Is it all the same flip flop? Four more and you'd have another TT.

Robin, Nothin' but smiles coming from me :). I actually have a few black flip-flop pics I intend to post for PB, but interestingly, none are my own (which I'm glad of now).

I can tell you had FUN doing this...paying honor to one of your favorite things!

Can't wait to see what direction you go in next.

Thanks everyone, this was a fun one to do. To answer a few questions:

I did it in Power Point. I don't have a professional account for Flickr (must get around to that one of these days) so I'm fairly limited in what I can do there since I've got two old blog slide shows of dead plants filling up my "groups" slots.

Colleen, it's all the same pair of shoes.

I've got something completely different planned for tomorrow, but you'll have to come back then to see what it is ;-).

Here in the islands we call them 'slippers', and these look nice enough to be considered "formal" wear.

I love the collage. Nice job.

Have I ever told you that I like your header? Because I do. :)

I love me some flip flops. That's almost all I wear in the summer. Nice group of photos.

Great shoes. Are they new? If not they are in pretty good condition! :)
